Tamarindo, Costa Rica –

Yesterday afternoon I was exhausted from being in a car all day – without functioning air conditioning. Yes, no AC in H-O-T Costa Rica. So when sunset time came, I almost decided to stay planted on my cold, tile floor. But, Mother Nature and her dazzling sunsets don’t care how tired you may be, She will put on a show whether or not you are there. So I peeled myself off my floor, shuffled down to the beach, and plopped myself on the warm sand. I was in such a haze that I almost missed what was happening in front of me. Sunset, low tide reflections, AND a group of horses passing by right in front of me. Fortunately I was able to shoot a couple frames, but I would have liked to have positioned myself differently. Oh well, at least it is Friday!
